These terms apply to the Texas Project Desk website and research service, which are operated by HoffCo LLC. A paid engagement, if agreed, will have separate written scope, pricing, delivery, cancellation, and refund terms.

Texas Project Desk summarizes and screens information from selected public sources. Website content and sample research are informational only. They are not legal, procurement, engineering, financial, licensing, compliance, or bidding advice.
Independent status
Texas Project Desk is operated by HoffCo LLC and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency, procurement portal, project owner, general contractor, or source publisher unless a written statement expressly says otherwise.
Source limitations
Public records may be delayed, incomplete, corrected, amended, withdrawn, duplicated, or differently interpreted by their publishers. Coverage varies by source. Texas Project Desk does not certify eligibility, prepare bids, guarantee award outcomes, or promise that a record is complete or real-time. Users must verify material facts at the linked official source before acting.
No warranty
The website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability, to the extent permitted by law.
Responsible use
You may use public website content for your own evaluation. You may not misrepresent Texas Project Desk research as an official government record, remove source limitations, interfere with the website, or use the contact address for abusive or unlawful messages.
Paid engagements
No email exchange, sample request, or website statement creates a paid engagement. Paid work begins only when HoffCo LLC and the customer accept its scope and commercial terms in writing. If a written service agreement conflicts with these website terms, the service agreement controls for that engagement.
