Texas Project Desk is an independent research project operated from Texas. This notice explains the limited information handled through this website and direct business correspondence.
Information collected
- Information you send: your email address, name, company information, and the contents of messages you choose to send.
- Public business information: company contact details and project records published on official or public business sources when relevant to research or one-to-one outreach.
- Basic service logs: hosting and email providers may process technical data such as IP addresses, timestamps, and delivery diagnostics to operate and secure their services.
How information is used
Information is used to answer inquiries, deliver requested samples or pilots, maintain source-linked research, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational obligations. It is not sold as a personal-data list.
Cookies and analytics
This launch site does not use advertising trackers, behavioral analytics, or a newsletter signup form. It loads typography from Google Fonts, which may receive technical request information when a page is viewed. The site may later self-host those font files or revise this notice if its practices change.
Service providers
Cloudflare is the planned DNS and website-hosting provider. Fastmail is the planned email provider. Those providers process limited information under their own terms and privacy notices to deliver and secure the services.
Retention and deletion
Business correspondence and research records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, pilot, accounting, legal compliance, or source verification. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied, email alex@texasprojectdesk.com. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate recordkeeping needs.
Outreach preferences
If Texas Project Desk contacts you and you do not want further messages, reply with “no thanks” or “unsubscribe.” The address will be placed on a suppression list so the request can be honored.

This notice may change as the pilot and its service providers evolve. The date above will be updated when material changes are posted.
